SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We process and ship orders efficiently to ensure you receive your beautiful jewelry as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: We deliver across Pakistan via premium courier services. Orders usually take 4 to 5 business/working days to arrive after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Pakistan (or Free Shipping on orders above a specific amount). Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is available for all cities in Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon delivery.

3. International Shipping (Overseas Customers)

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Please note that our courier partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a complete physical street address for successful delivery.

6. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at kharidu2@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +923003540234 with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can resolve the issue right away.
